Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My mother recently died of a heart attack, at the age of 47 with out a will. I live in a mobile home with my 3 children, sine 2008, that is in my mothers name. while i am not on the title for the house I am on the lease for the lot. My mother had clear title on the mobile but I am aware that she had collected a large amount of debit else where. I need to know am I in danger of losing my home and if so what if any are the steps that i can take to prevent that?

You are in danger of losing that mobile home. Without more detail about the debts, however, I can't begin to make suggestions on what to do about it.
