Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Mothers death

My mother pass away on the 17th of may here in san diego county, california. I need to be able to use her truck while removing the belongings from the place she lived and My brothers and I need to know what affadavid we would use to give me permisions to put the truck in to my name. We have agreed that I will be reciving the truck but do not know what we need to do to get this done. If you can please help or tell me how can it would bea great help to us all.

Go to the DMV; they will give you the paper work you need. It should be pretty simple if all your siblings agree.

If her estate is under $ 100K then you may obtain title to all of her assets via declaration. Contact me directly.
