who do i go to for someone to look over my mothers last will and testament when she is already pasted?

I concur. You really do want to have a qualified person look over the will and account for the assets. As stated, if the total gross value is under $100,000, then there are short forms for Proate on the Court's website (I also have them posted on No-Probate.com).
If she owned any real property (ignoring whatever amount may or may not still be owned) then odds are very high that a Probate will be required because there are few pieces of real property that are valued at under $100,000.
