Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Myy stepsister and I were named co-trustees of the family trust. Both my father and her mother have passed and she doesn't want that responsibility but said she would help if I needed something. Do I need to have her sign something. We want to put the house up for sale.

Yes, you should ask your lawyer to draft a Decline to Act for her signature.
