Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I was named as a benificiary in my mothers trust! My sister happens to be trustee and she[s procrastinating disbursig funds! what can i do?

If your sister refuses to distribute the trust, you can file an action with Probate Court for an order directing her to provide an accounting of the trust's assets and possibly for removal of her as the Trustee.

AND it seems like that is what you should do NOW because if she is being secretive and delaying without explanation, there is usually a problem there. Smoke and fire and all that. Don't procrastinate any more. Do it today. Well, OK, tomorrow.
