Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

naming two- power of attorneys

Hello,

On the Power of Attorney form and Health Care Directive,

can more than one person be the ''agent''? (There are four

siblings)If yes, can more names be added on the form?

Thanks, Andrea

In a word...yes. This can be set up in a number of different means as well. The people can share equally the authority or you can have successors of authority.

You can name more than one person, and all persons can act together as co-agents.
