Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I neec someone to wite a letter on legal letterhead to find out about what is going on with the distribution of my dads bequests after he died Ireceived a letter in Nov. 2010 about the distribution of a trust or bequests made in my step father will and it said in the comming month I would receive an accounting and a date to go to court for the distribution of his trust, "I call but they never call back and I want to know whats going on ithas been its been about 8mos now, what can i do?

I can easily write such a letter; I charge $100 per hour. You should, however, first go on line or go to the courthouse where the probate is being handled to look at the entire court file to see what is happening, and make copies of the relevant documents.
