Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

what happens when a newly appointed guardian of a minor who had an extensive background with the law, 2 felonies and sex abuse allegations in her home that the court neglected to look at or consider, and she is recently arrested for another felony and violation of probation for her other felony

she has been incarcerated for 2 weeks now, and I am assuming that the minor, my friends son, is now in the care of the guardians 2 daughters, who are drug addicts. There is no bail, and we all want to know where the child is and if he is safe.. would the probate court know, or be notified?

Unless someone notifies DCFS or the probate court, it is unlikely that the court would be notified. If you are concerned about the safety of the child, you may wish to contact DCFS and advise them of your concerns.
