Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Notice of Proposed Action

It's my understanding that a Proposed Notice of Action must be sent to interested parties at least 20 days prior to the sale of real property in an estate. If the parties waive objection to the sale right away, do we still have to wait the 20 days to move forward with the transaction?

Re: Notice of Proposed Action

If all affected beneficiaries sign the waiver on the Notice of Proposed Action and return them to the Executor's attorney, the 20-day wait should not be necessary.
