how do I obtain a subpoena without a lawyer. I need the records from the bank that my deceased mother accounts with you too my brother withdrawing the funds from her account we both have done an affidavit a probate

If you are in probate, ask the attorney for the estate to obtain the information. Even if there is no counsel, the executor who has been appointed should be able to obtain the information. If not ( ie you have not opened a probate), your information is to unclear to provided an efective answer.
