Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

obtain temp. guardianship through probate judge accusing sex abuse with no evide

My 3-year old's paternal grandparents walked into probate court and obtained temp. guardianship of him by falsely accusing me of sexual abuse and being a heavy drug user, without my knowledge. He granted them their wish in one day, without a shred of evidence. The sex abuse has since been proven false and thrown out, and I took a hair follicle drug analysis test which also came out negative. But for some reason, the judge said ''nothing has changed,'' and they refuse to listen to anything I have to say, much less return my child to me. My son's paternal grandfather is the Captain of the Antioch Police Dept. Is this a factor? They have had my son 2 1/2 months now, and are seeking permanent guardianship. Is this legal? How can they get away with this???
