Instead of going online and paying for some documents that you might not really understand [a power of attorney is very simple to prepare], go to a library and look at the Nolo Press and other books on these topics. They have the forms, often on a disc, but they give a more detailed explanation of what you must consider in preparing these documents, what to worry about, and what their effect is.
