Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have opened a Petition for Probate in California. My brother is listed as an heir, but has recently changed his address. How to I communicate this officially to the Court for the DE-121, so it does not look like I'm trying to avoid giving him proper notice?

If you want to be safe, send him another notice of probate to his new address. Also, submit a supplement to your petition informing the court that the heir has changed his address.
