Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Thank you for this opportunity. My question is what is a lawyer to do when their client and witness provides them with information that was gotten illegally? The individual used her position to fraudulently obtain information regarding my medical disability using my social security number from the Social Security Administration. The attorney then used the information in a court. I represented myself Pro Se and was never notified that this had been done. Is this legal? This was a probate case in Corpus Chrisit, Texas.

If the person admitted, or it was proven during the hearing, that the individual fraudulently obtained the records, you might order an official transcript of the proceedings. Then, you could give it to the appropriate authorities and licensing boards, if any. You might post for attorney responses in Texas, since what was done might violate privacy statutes in that state.
