Original Trusts

How do I get a copy of an original Trust is it public record or do you have to be named in the trust to get a copy ?

Trusts are not public record. This is one of the reason people create trusts. You have to fall into a special class (beneficiary, trustee, etc) to be eligible to recieve a copy of the trust.

I forgot to mention in the last tag that you might be able to get a copy of the trust if you contest it in probate court, but you need to speak to an attorney about this and have a legitimate claim on the properties inside of the trust (certain creditors, ommitted spouse, etc).
