Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am the owner with full rights to revoke a trust i had setup 10 years ago. I no longer wish to have this trust active and want to exercise my rights to revoke said trust. how do igo aboutmakimg this happen ASAP.

You may create a new trust expressly revoking your previous trust.

Be sure to send a copy of the revocation to everyone who has a copy of the original trust or who is a trustee or beneficiary. If you have the original, attach it to the revocation. For safety sake, write on the original "revoked", see revocation. Be sure to transfer title of the property out of the Trust. If there is nothing in the Trust, you do not have to worry about the revocation not being found when you die because only items owned by the Trust can be transferred to the beneficiaries.

also make a new Will because your current one may leave your non-trust assets to the trustee of the old trust
