Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

A Paralegal's NO-NO of Commingling? Any gray area's w/ Commingling?

A)I have recently obtained records/proof of a list of creditor's claims that was prepared by this paralegal(which included residential house's loan)for judges approval on the sale of Comm.Property.List sent to title co.(rec.& pd off certain claims)was TOTALLY CHANGED, THE PARALEGAL took residential loan off list & added her personal name instead.

B)This NOW COMPLEXED case has been prolonged for years, due to a C/claim$10,000.00Recent proof shows loan was pd off.

C)A nonfamiliar atty/firm, has suddenly petitioned to have me removed & this atty. has dealings with paralegal's daughter..Conflict of int?Not only has this case been maliciously milked now their non ethical/non humane greed & deceptive petitions has them to more BS.How do these people even look themselves in the mirror/sleep at night? If this was happening to their child/grandchild, they'd feel alil different?IS THIS LEGAL IN PROBATE/INTESTATE?Everyone in this case..dead/alive/ones who WERE NOT/ones who were..EVERYONE was paid in May 2002---E X C E P T ME!!If this newest atty knew the truth, would they continue or should they quit? What's the time frame 1 to file a response/objection?

I'm not sure I understand your question, and it would likely take a review of the file to comprehend it fully, I can answer the most important part of your question--a response/objection can be filed up to the time of the hearing--even if you appear to object verbally, the court can continue the matter to allow you time to file written objections. If the hearing's already been continued to allow for filing of objections, the court may have already set a due date or may not offer further continuances.
