After a parent is deceased can the child request an audit of their parents estate?

A beneficiary of the estate or trust can in most circumstances request an accounting of the estate or trust from the date of death to current.

Yes, unless you were specifically excluded from your parent's trust or estate, you can request an accounting from the successor trustee, executor or estate administrator. In other words, you make your request for an accounting to the person or persons handling your parent's estate or trust. If you were omitted from your parent's will or trust, as the term "omitted child" is defined in the Probate Code, you would need to establish your status as an omitted child first.
