Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
My parents had a will for many years, when one of my siblings died before my mom she revised the will on line we cannot find either will, which will , will they go by?

Unfortunately, if no will can be found, the court will act as if there is no will at all. Probate will need to be opened if your mother's estate is worth more than $150,000. Distribution of the estate will be in accordance with the Probate Code.
