Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Third party Special needs Trust: As trustee I decided to buy a house for my sister. Can my wife and I move in and share expenses(House hold & mortgage) and have the trust pay House taxes,Insurance also Car cost, Insurance, DMV registration etc.

As trustee you have a duty to the Tust and your sister to spend Trust funds in a reasonable fashion for her benefit. It sounds as though the purchase of the house was at least equally for your beneift as hers. If she does not need constant supervision or assistance, it certainly would seem that you really bought the house for yourself.
