passing of biological father
am i able to do anything about a dead beat father that left when i was 3 and just disappeared? i recently found out he started a new life and had a business at the time of his death. i am in my late 40's now and he passed in 2003. i just found out and i think he owes me something for not being there or supporting us when we needed him. he passed in texas and i live in ca.

he may owe your mother child support. if so, then she may have a claim against his estate.
