payment to lawyers

California's Probate code Section 10810 provides a specific payout structure for lawyer compensation in the handling of Probate.

My question is, what if there is a change in lawyers during the Probate process. Do both lawyers share in the payout as per the Probate code or does each lawyer receive their own percent of the estate?

Both lawyers will share in the fees allowed by statute and approved by the court--if they cannot agree on a fair split, the court will decide for them.
