Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

is perjury legal? this used on petiton to determine validity of trust and in mediation briefs. lost 60k to a relative left out of trust and not seen for 28 years. this person not in the trust. foeced settlement. now layer says he is withdrawling and to finish case myself.

Your question is fairly difficult to follow. The simple answer is perjury is a crime and is certainly not legal. As to the rest of what you list, I cannot follow it based on what you wrote.
