Yes. The judge will decide what to do among the petitioners.

There can be more than one petitioner on the petition and you can petition for the appointment of co-conservators. If there is more than one petition requesting the appointment of a conservator - competing petitions, then you will most likely have to go to mediation or arbitration to reach an agreement as to who will actually be appointed.
