Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

personal property

my grandmother recently died in california and she left me all of her personal property. Her late husbands children are threatning and fighting over what they think the personal property is. They took her car and furniture and ''let me'' take dishes, clothes etc. Can someone help me define what exactly her personal property is in the state of california

Re: personal property

this first depends upon the language of the will or trust, as the term "personal property" is sometimes defined, limited or described. otherwise, normally personal property includes all property other than real property, and consists of both tangible personal property (such as money, furniture, automobiles and clothing) and intangible personal property (such as bank and securities accounts).
