Which personal property goes through probate, should I have a lawyer on retainer
I was named in a will to recieve all of my realatives possesions (clothes,furniture,art,golf clubs.. ect. )will these non titled things be distributed after probate is over? shuld I have a lawyer on retainer throuout the process of probate?

Yes to both questions. Probate is complicated and it goes much more smoothly if you have legal assistance.
