Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Petition for Final Discharge

Could you tell me if the Petition for Final Dischage has to be typed on legal numbered paper. If so, where could I obtain a format? I checked California court forms website and didn't find any.

You can find the local rules of court posted on the court's website. That is where you will find you answer. Also you will find local forms there as well. Make sure you check them. Finally, the judicial counsel publishes forms, too. If this is about a probate you can seek assistance at the probate attorney's office (an office in the probate court.)

I am not sure, but you should type it on numbered paper. You can get line numbers on most standard word processing software. You should be able to find a sample from a law library.
