Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Power of attorney
I just printed out a Durable POA California, as long as I have it notorized and witnessed is that all I need to do? What if I move to another state do I need another one? What if I want someone to be my secondary person in case the agent dies?

Re: Power of attorney
you should contact an attorney to review the document and ensure that you 1) have a correct and current form for California and 2) to revise the form to provide for alternate agents.
