I am starting a business as a hud tracer what kind of form

do i need for people to pay me

my 10percent to make it legal?

Normally you would need a contract. But, there may be special licensing or registration requirements for your business on a federal, state or local level. But, not knowing what a hud tracer is, I couldn't advise further except to suggest you consider what regulatory agencies would want to be involved in your business and contact them.
