Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I need power of attorney w/out my husbands signature. I already make all the decisions for him and the house. his memory is short term. don't drive anymore. how can I get power of attorney w/out his signature. I sign everything for him.

You can't. If he does not have full mental capacity, he legally cannot give a power of attorney even if he physically signs one. Once someone cannot manage their own affairs sufficiently to give a valid power of attorney, the only alternative is to go to court and ask for an order assigning a conservator to take over the person's affairs.
