Probate appeal
Can a probate judgement be appealed and what is the time limit for this appeal.

It depends on what kind of order is under appeal. In the case of the final distribution of a probate estate, the personal representative generally can distribute the assets immediately following the order of the probate court, regardless whether an appeal is later filed.
