Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

is there any probate attorneys...

I am in beyond great need for a probate attorney! But until the home in my father's estate is sold and I receive my third of it's sale...I can not afford legal counsel. Is there any ''pro bono'' probate attorneys out there who'd be interested in listening to my nightmare? I'm certain that it may be worth the while.

I am located in the Marin/Sonoma County area if that is where you are, or where the estate is being probated. I would be willing to defer payment of attorney fees until the close of escrow. Any filing fees or other costs would need to be advanced or paid by you. I am also a licensed real estate broker, and can handle the sale of the real property for a significant discount off the standard listing fees, plus that would add to my confort factor when defering payment. I have access to list the house on MLS as well. Feel free to reach me at (415) 492-2041, or [email protected]

I am willing to listen to your story and give you preliminary advice. In many instances I am willing to accept matters and defer my fees until the close of the probate. Give me a call and I would be happy to review your situation.

Executor's attorneys are paid a very small percentage out of the estate assets. Are you an executor or wish to be appointed as one? Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
