How do you change deed of trust when a person dies with no will. Estate is under 100,000./no creditors/bo bills/ land paid in full

Best bet is to hire a qualified probate attorney and do a petition to the probate Court to transfer real property worth less than $100,000. Call if you would like to discuss this more. Good luck.

The land has to be probated.
