Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

We have to go to court as our sister wants her money, but does not want us to deduct any lawyer,court,rent or debt due from her portion (going on 2 1/2 yrs now). There are five of us, four of us want to keep the house to rent it out. What are the many posibilities that can occur when we go to probate judge. Will we have to sell the house? Will we have to give our sister her money without and deductions?

What can we do, take another lawyer to fight her?
