probate and creditors

if a person dies with creditor cards,mortage

payments,car payments

bills ,ect . can creditors get their money before, during or

after probate,who pays

the creditors off if the person did not leave enough money to pay the

bills. do you have to keep paying bills during probate

First you need letters of administration to close the accounts. You really need representation as Probate Court is not a cake walk for laymen. Call me directly at 16192223504.
