Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Probate for fathers three children

I have a half brother and sister that are all eaqil heirs to our fathers military funds. Reciently my half brother sent me a form to sign waving bond for myself so we would not have to get what he called insurance. I have heard that since he is the probate officer he will get more money than me and my half sister because he will pay himself for the trouble. I don't wan't to sign anything that may wave my rights to my third. Should I sign this form even though I have never met any of these people?

You need to call an attorney - NOW- who is licensed to practice in California and specializes in probate. You need to do this right now.
