probate

my fiancee' thomas wilsonis in jail in fresno ca, relaease date of 6/18 to go into a 1 yr drug treatment program, his prob. officer will not agree to anything. thomas brother died in nevada and probate is on 6/24, does he have to appear? or have an atty. appear? can this be handled thru the mail? how?

if the probate is in Nevada, you should request a response from a Nevada lawyer, not California
