My mother recently passed away. my sister are the only heirs to her estate, my sister will NOT give me the name of the attorney handling the estate as we are estranged. Do they have to notify me regarding the estate? ITs been 2 months since her death.

Your sister appears to be acting in an unreasonable manner. Moreover, the attorney should be contacting you. You might consider asking your attorney to send a letter to your sister. It should wake her up.
