i need to know the name and number of the form used to have someone removed from a property deed and where on the internet to find and download it so i can file it with the courts (free download preferably

Contrary to popular opinion, the practice of law is not merely finding the right 'form'. Your question would appear fairly straght-forward, but due to its posting in Probate, less so. Repost or consult an attorney. Do it yourselfers usually pay the price down the road, in my experience.
