Probate records
I was administratrix of my brother's will. He died in 2000. How long do I have to retain the probate records since estate has been cleared for some time?

this depends upon a number of factors, such as whether or not you received a formal discharge as executor. in any case, you should consult the attorney who represented you in probate.
