I need to know how to go about finding a will my father left. Who can I contact if I don't know the name of the lawyer? I think my family is aware of his will and may have gone behind my back to collect his estate? How do I go about finding information about his will?

Nearly impossible. If you don't know the name of the attorney, you can't find a copy and the will has not been lodged with the court, their is no further public database for these things. Even if you did have the name of the attorney, you would have a hard time getting a copy of the will, and even if you did get a copy it would be just that, a copy not the original. Sorry I can't offer you any more help.
