Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I am probating my father’s estate. In his will he states that he intentionally leaves out two people and that they are not to inherit anything form his estate. He also mentions my wife as the person who has the passcodes to his laptop and safe. Do I need to mention all or any of them in the mailing list for probate?

Yes. You must mail to all of them. Also don't forget you must give notice to "the whole world" by publication of a notice in a newspaper of record in the county in which the probate is opened.
