Are you a beneficiary? Are you a successor trustee? Is your grandfather alive? If your grandfather has passed away and you are a beneficiary, then the trustee should have given you a copy of the trust. If you are supposed to be the successor trustee, then hopefully the trust is among his papers or you know the name of the attorney who drafted it. If you are not a beneficiary, then you would not be entitled to a copy.
