Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
In regards to the proposed assets left to me in my deceased Aunt's recorded will/trust is considerable, in excess from 2 million plus life insurance policy with me as a beneficiary, including paid for home in LasVegas Nevada, a Ranch in Texas, several Treasury bills, and numerous expensive world wide travel antiques including Ming vases etc. please help to get this known to a probate attorney/paralegal that my greedy sister Judith Davies of Novato, CA is attempting to hide all this from my rightful inheritance. she may also have influenced my Aunt in her aged depleted condition and accessed her accounts and known to have previously forged Esther's signatures on documents. Please forward and reply ASAP. Thank You Stephen Valdez My Aunt Esther O'Brien died Christmas Day in a nursing home last year. I was not even notified for several months. I can provide as many details, names addresses, dates etc as possible. I have limited retirement income so legal expense up front is very difficult & fee/payment for help hopefully can be from percentage of assets recovered. out of court settlement agreement would be preferred. I don't ask for much, only my fare share. I am not sure if you are responding to a prior answer. If you are, you should contact that attorney directly instead of on this general message board.
If not, I am a Bay Area probate attorney. I would be happy to talk to you about your aunt's estate.
My direct telephone number is (925) 406-4581.
