How do you prove to the court that you are capable as a personal representative to act as pro per and substitute the attorney on record?

By having a license to practice law in the State of California.

You can't act as a personal representative for an estate in probate matters in court unless you are a licensed attorney.

Anthony, are you saying the executor/administrator cannot act in pro per in a probate? That is not my understanding.
