I just need to prove that I am next of kin.

Is there a Probate or other Court proceeding pending? Or is this a private Trust that has not yet been filed with the Court? In order to assist you would require a lot more information. Why do you believe you are next of kin? Birth certificates and death certificates are usually pretty important.
