Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Putting a lien on a trust, estate.

I have a judgement on a person who has a large inheritance which I think is tied up in property(land).I would like to force the sale of this property to satisfy the judgement. The judgement is around 110,000. How would I go about doing this myself as the attorney I retained 2 years ago is not helping me? If I can't do this myself are there any attorneys in the Sacramento, Ca. area who will do it on a contingency basis as I don't have the funds to retain another attorney?
