Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

question about inheritance

My grandmother died 5 years ago, she was the only relative that I was on good terms with on that side of my family. I moved 1 month before she died and my aunt refused to let me talk with her. I have reason to believe that I am named in her will and that my father and aunts are trying to keep me from getting anything. I live in Florida and my grandmother lived in California, how can I find out if I am named in her will, and it's been 5 years, is there a time limit?

Thank you.

Re: question about inheritance

Probate court in the county of death would have a copy of the will of if she died without a will, the manner of distribution. I may assist if she died in Southern California. Please call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
