Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I have a two. Question #1: Is it legal in the state of California for the guardian of a minor to have supervised visitation with a parent and/or that parent's family without a court order?
Question #2: Also in the State of California, is it legal for the guardian of a minor to restrict or revoke the rights of the parent of the child(ren) in question (i. e.: prevention of visitation be it court ordered or otherwise specified)?
