Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my question is how do I go about petitioning the court to get my inheritance out of a property when the trustee of the trust will not do anything ; I am going top have to get the house sold so everyone can get there inheritence how much does this cost.

It is not clear if this is a trust or Will situation. In any case, you need to file a petition with the court to probate the estate or to enforce the trust, probably to remove the current trustee if he/she will not act, etc. The filing fee will be about $365 and you may have to have the new trustee post a bond. if the current trustee will not act, you will likely need to hire an attorney to try to remove that person. Without a lot more information, none of us can stay how many hours that might take and so what you cost would be.
